During inspection or maintenance,the ground power supply should be cut off,and live-line inspection and maintenance are not allowed.

Mainly for the problems found in the daily and monthly inspection of the concrete placing boom,some disassembled parts are inspected,repaired,replaced or simply repaired the worn parts,and the performance of the equipment is restored by technical means such as adjustment,and fastening of parts.

Daily inspection

1.Check whether the bolts are loose before each operation;

2.Check the electrical system before operation to see if it works normally;

3.Whether there is leakage of hydraulic components;

4.Check the hydraulic oil level;

5.Check whether the connecting bolts,the clamping plate at the shaft end and the pin shaft are loose.

Monthly inspection

1.Check whether the rotary limiter is working normally;

2.Check the rotary reducer for abnormal heating and noise;

3.Check the ground resistance of motor cables,electrical equipment metal housing,and metal structure
